End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ArthaChitra governing your use of the ArthaChitra desktop application and related services (the "Software").

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any applicable subscription terms, ArthaChitra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Market data and brokerage connections

The Software can connect to third-party brokerage and market-data providers you configure. Your use of those services remains subject to your separate agreements with those providers. ArthaChitra is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of third-party providers.

3. No investment advice

The Software is a charting and order-execution tool. Nothing in the Software constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Subscription, license checks, and suspension

Continued use of the Software requires an active subscription, which the Software verifies periodically against ArthaChitra's servers. ArthaChitra may pause, suspend, or terminate a license for non-payment, suspected abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthaChitra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Software.

7. Changes to this Agreement

ArthaChitra may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
